Releasing Blocked Energy

Down through your face, your neck, relaxing your shoulders, arms. Move your awareness down, through your chest, your heart space, through your stomach and back. Go down through your hips, legs, knees, ankles, and out your feet. Sit quietly for a moment, feeling all of your body.

Slowly bring energy back up through your legs, all the way to your sacral area. Sit quietly in your seat of creation. Feel everything. Ask for balance to restore, and allow whatever is needed to surface and release. Keep breathing. Relax. And restore your creative abilities.
